1. Delivery Timeline
All products will be delivered within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
2. Replacement Policy – Damaged or Defective Items Only

Once approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 7 business days.

4. How to Request a Replacement
To initiate a replacement:
- Email us within 3 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear images/videos of the issue.
- Once approved, a free replacement of the same item will be arranged and delivered within 7 business days.
5. Exceptions – Not Eligible for Return or Replacement
We do not accept returns or provide replacements for:
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear.
- Requests submitted after 3 days of delivery.
- Cases without valid proof of defect or damage.
